Colonel Kimberly A. Peregrim is the Commander of the 109th Medical Group, Stratton Air National Guard Base, Scotia, New York. Driven by a passion for ensuring the well-being of those who serve, Colonel Peregrim is responsible for all 109th Airlift Wing member’s Medical Readiness. Her expertise spans a wide range of medical disciplines, including Aerospace Medicine, Bioenvironmental Engineering, Critical Care Air Transport, Dental, Medical Administration, Medical Readiness, Nursing Services, Optometry, and Public Health.
Col. Peregrim commissioned into the Air National Guard in July 2012. She attended the United States Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine at Wright-Patterson AFB earning her Flight Surgeon wings in October 2015. Col Peregrim participated in Operation DEEP FREEZE, Joint Task Force-Support Forces Antarctica, supported Operation COVID-19, and Operation FREEDOM’S SENTINEL and Operation NEW NORMAL.
Prior to her current position, Colonel Peregrim was the Chief of Aerospace Medicine and Flight Surgeon at the 109th Airlift Wing.
