The 109th Health & Wellness Center is here to help you and your family enhance your health through information and resources. We aim to help airmen withstand, recover and grow in the face of the stressors of military life.

Welness Center Areas

The Wellness Center brings together the offices of the Chaplain, Airman & Family Readiness Program and the Psychological Health Program to offer resources and assistance to Airmen and their families.

The Wellness Center staff aim to promote a healthy lifestyle in all aspects of our members' lives -- physically, emotionally, socially and spirtually.

Psycholgoical Health Program
The Psychological Health Program recognizes the stresses and high tempo lifestyle of Air National Guard members and their families. Your Wing Director of Psychological Health provides professional, confidential and free assessment, consultation and referral to address life, family, work and mental health issues that can sometimes become overwhelming without support.

The first step to bouncing back from a setback can sometimes be the hardest; asking for help. Taking that first step doesn't make you a lesser servicemember; in fact, it makes you an active partner in your health and wellbeing for you, your family, friends and your unit.

The Psychological Health Program's goal is to address concerns in the quickest, least restrictive, most convenient and least costly manner. Please don't hesitate to ask for help. Our service is provided and tailored according to the needs of each individual.

Military & Family Readiness Program
The social aspect of wellness is just as important as all the others. And it doesn't just stop with family and friends, but also includes the work place and reaching out to the community. Stratton Air National Guard Base has many different programs, clubs and outreach opportunities for both our military members as well as their families. Making sure you are socially healthy can help you achieve a healthy lifestyle in all aspects of your life. So join the volunteer group, enroll your kids in one of our youth programs, take part in one of the base councils, or help out in the local community. We promise you'll have fun!

Chaplain Corps
Many people find their spiritual lives are enriched when they join with others in religious worship and community. Your chaplains are additional resources, can offer support and advice, and can refer you to local churches or houses of worship.
