BAGRAM AIR BASE, Afghanistan -- Master Sgt. Patrick Fitzgerald (center), 455th Expeditionary Aerial Port Squadron, was promoted to senior master sergeant under the Exceptional Promotion Program on March 7, 2014. Fitzgerald is on a six-month deployment from the 109th Small Air Terminal at Stratton Air National Guard Base, N.Y. He is also the 109th AW's Senior Noncommissioned Officer of the Year for 2013.
