STRATTON AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, N.Y. -- Col. Shawn Clouthier (right), 109th Airlift Wing commander, presents Tech. Sgt. Robert Harrington with a certificate of recognition March 25, 2014, from Air Mobility Command for outstanding performance during the 109th AW's recent Unit Effectiveness Inspection. Harrington, of the 109th Communications Flight,was part of the Inspector General Communications Support Team, which received team recognition. Other members of the team not pictured were Master Sgt. Christopher Moore, Tech. Sgt. Jodi Habbinger, Tech. Sgt.
