An LC-130 assigned to the New York Air National Guard's 109th Airlift Wing, based at Stratton Air National Guard Base in Scotia, N.Y. offloads cargo in Greenland on April 26, 2019.. Similar aircraft will be flying missions in Greenland at the end of April, 2022 to resupply National Science Foundation facilities on the Greenland Ice Cap.
